Insurance Information
At Total Wellness Dental, we make every effort to ensure that you are informed of your financial responsibility.
We are not in-network with any insurance because we want the freedom to provide what we think is best for our patients. We want to make our clinical decisions based on YOUR BEST interests, not on the insurance’s rules and limitations.
You can still utilize your PPO benefits in our practice. As always, we will do our very best to inform you of your financial responsibility based on the information we receive from your insurance policy.
In-House Membership Plan
For only $480 a year, we offer an in-office dental savings plan for patients who are uninsured, retired, or whose employer doesn’t offer dental insurance. With this convenient option, you won’t have to worry about yearly maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, or pre-existing conditions. Your coverage begins as soon as you sign up!
The membership is for 12 months from your payment date, and here’s what you’ll receive:
- 2 exams and cleanings (no evidence of periodontal disease)
- Any necessary x-rays
- 10% off all other treatments
*An initial panoramic radiograph, unless deemed necessary, will be performed only once every three years. Intra-oral bitewings, unless deemed necessary, will be performed only once every 12 months. All patients who miss an appointment without at least 48 hours' notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee or lose one of the cleanings for the year. This plan cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan or insurance.
Cash and Credit Cards
We accept cash and most credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
CareCredit
This third-party financing company allows you to pay for your dental treatment over time. Applying for a CareCredit card only takes a few minutes, and most applicants are approved quickly. This revolving credit card offers special financing, interest-free loans for up to 24 months, and reduced APR options for longer-term plans. All you have to do is present your card at the time of service.

Cherry
With Cherry financing, you can pay for necessary dental treatments when you need them and make installment payments over time. Just go to our website to fill out the application, and you could be approved in about a minute. They offer several repayment options, including one with 0% APR, so you can choose the one that works best for your financial situation.
